# Reason for this blog
You must be wandering why am I writing blogs!?! Being a Physiotherapy student there must be so many things to do...but why I am here??!!!...
• The thing is I love to write and share my thoughts.. and this lockdown helped me a lot to find new things to do. This blogging idea is one of them..
This huge platform will help me to share my knowledge ,my views to each and everyone...
• Let me tell you something...
I saw so many people who are stuck in a unhealthy lifestyle. I am calling it "STUCK" because they don't have the knowledge of healthy lifestyle and unhealthy lifestyle. They can't figure out the difference between them..
Some people think " I only live once , so I will eat what ever I want" "exercise is not my thing"...
Because of those people's minimum knowledge and this attitude they gain weights each time when they eat unhealthy foods...
Gaining weight more and more leads them to obesity ... which causes Diabetes, High blood pressure, Thyroid, Joint pain, Muscle stiffness, Arthritis and so many health problems...
I also love to eat and some times I do exercises..
But after seeing so many people having this kind of thought and learning so many valuable lessons from Physiotherapy...I realised this mentality is so bad and so unhealthy...that I should do something to change this...
That's why I started to eat more fresh and healthy foods, more green vegetables.
I started to minimize the intake of any kind of junk food and fast food...
I started exercises regularly...
Because of my learnings I became my own fitness coach. Now I know what to eat, what should I avoid according my body structure.
And now I want to spread my learnings, experience to everyone....to make life a healthy life...
Every person is unique... every person's body structure and body system is little different from others...My learning will help you to identify what is best for you..
You can make your own routine..you can choose which exercises works best for you...which foods gives you better health...etc..
Always remember Health is Wealth ...we have to always take care of it..

• Being a Physiotherapy student or a physiotherapist is not easy. You have to work hard and have to stay strong mentally and physically.
Most of the people doesn't even know what is Physiotherapy, Why they need it..

Due to lack of knowledge amongst people..I decided to spread the information about physiotherapy and how to have a healthy lifestyle. That's why I choose this platform.
